Every NuMe batch undergoes two independent analytical methods: High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) to verify purity percentage, and Mass Spectrometry (MS) to confirm molecular identity and weight. Testing is performed by accredited third-party laboratories, and each product ships with a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis documenting these results.

Orders placed before 2 PM ET ship same day. Most Canadian orders arrive within 1–3 business days depending on province. Ontario and Quebec typically receive within 1–2 days, while BC and Alberta average 2–3 days. Northern territories may take 4–7 days. Lyophilized (freeze-dried) compounds should be stored at -20°C for long-term stability. They are stable at room temperature during normal shipping transit. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, store at 2–8°C (standard refrigerator) and use within 30 days for optimal molecular activity. Always handle reconstituted solutions in a clean environment.
