What is the purity of your peptides?
Every NuMe Peptides product meets or exceeds 99% purity as confirmed through HPLC and mass spectrometry analysis conducted by independent, accredited laboratories. Certificates of Analysis are available upon request for any product in our catalog.
What are your products intended for?
All NuMe Peptides products are designated exclusively for research purposes only. They are intended for use in scientific research and laboratory experimentation by qualified researchers.
How should peptides be stored?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at -20°C or colder for maximum long-term stability. Protect from light and moisture. Once reconstituted with an appropriate solvent such as bacteriostatic water, store at 2-8°C (standard refrigeration) and use within 30 days to ensure activity is maintained.
What is the recommended reconstitution procedure?
Allow the lyophilized vial to reach room temperature before opening. Using a sterile syringe, slowly inject bacteriostatic water along the inside wall of the vial — do not inject directly onto the powder. Do you provide Certificates of Analysis?
Yes. We maintain Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for every production batch. Each COA includes HPLC purity data, mass spectrometry confirmation, and lot-specific identification. COAs are available upon request by contacting our support team.

What is your shipping policy?
We offer free Canada-wide shipping on all orders over $300. Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on business days are processed for same-day shipment. All peptides are carefully packaged to preserve compound integrity. Canadian orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days.

What is your return and refund policy?
Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns on opened or reconstituted products. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, incorrectly fulfilled, or fails to meet our stated purity specifications, we will provide a full replacement or refund. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for any quality concerns.
