Reconstitution Guide
Step 1 — Prepare your workspace. Work on a clean, disinfected surface. Gather your lyophilized peptide vial, bacteriostatic water, alcohol swabs, and a sterile syringe.
Step 2 — Allow the vial to reach room temperature. Remove the peptide vial from cold storage and let it equilibrate for 5-10 minutes. Do not heat the vial.
Step 3 — Sterilize vial tops. Wipe the rubber stopper of both the peptide vial and the bacteriostatic water vial with an alcohol swab.
Step 4 — Add solvent slowly. Draw the desired amount of bacteriostatic water into a sterile syringe. Insert the needle into the peptide vial and release the water slowly along the inner glass wall. Do not spray directly onto the lyophilized pellet.
Step 5 — Dissolve gently. Allow the water to saturate the powder naturally. If needed, roll the vial gently between your palms. Never shake or vortex a peptide solution — mechanical agitation can denature the compound.
Step 6 — Store properly. Once reconstituted, store the vial upright at 2-8°C (standard refrigeration). Reconstituted peptides should be used within 30 days for optimal potency.
